BUYING:

Choose your products and place your order. When finalizing, provide your name (as per the crew list) and your whatsapp number. If you do not use this app, send us a message through facebook messenger or e-mail. And we will inform you details about payment and delivery.

DELIVERIES:

Orders placed between 12am and 12pm will be delivered by 7:30pm on the same day. Orders placed between 12pm and 12am will be delivered by 12:30pm the following day.

We can not deliver directly to yout vessel, therefore, at scheduled and pre-determined times you can collect your goods from our delivery person, outside the Port Main Gate, who will only ask you to confirm that everything is as requested and sign the delivery note. The delivery guy does not accept payments under any circumstances.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1-) We can send you a link for online payment via credit or debit card. The amounts will be displayed in dollars or in the local currency of your country. And the currency exchange rate is more favorable.

2-) You can pay before your ship sails directly to us by credit or debit card and local currency.

IMPORTANT TIPS:

1-) If you have bought a lot, remember to take a friend to help you carry your purchases. Use the free shuttle bus that connects the main gate to all berths every half hour.

2-) Once placed, orders cannot be modified or partially canceled. If you change your mind, please, cancel the entire order and place a new one with only what you want. We can not accept returns.

4-) Do not leave for the last minute, cause we do not accept orders for which there is not enough time to deliver according to our standard procedures.
